Rosh Yeshiva HaRav Daniel Channen
HaRav Chaim Zev Malinowitz, Mara D'asra of Beis Tefillah in Ramat Beit Shemesh, gave his full haskama to Rav Channen's learning and semicha programs, as well as his Yeshivas Chonen Daas programs. Rav Channen teaches out of Beis Tefillah in the mornings and evenings, and runs chaburas worldwide. Yeshivas Chonen Daas also has other qualified rabbis teaching alongside Rav Channen.
Welcome to Judaism613
The Rosh Yeshiva of Chonen Daas brings learning Shulchan Aruch to a whole new level. The Yeshiva incorporates all the classical meforshim in a concise and clear manner, with the option of delving further into each halacha. The Yeshiva also offers semicha for interested students.
The Yeshiva has many years of successful teaching and learning programs under the auspices of our Rosh Yeshiva, HaRav Daniel Channen. Rav Channen created the material for the Issur V'Heter course and has developed the other courses so that students of every level can learn at their own pace.
These courses have taught students the basics of Kashrus, Shabbos, business relations, Niddah and everyday Jewish living. Many students who took these courses have received semicha and gone on to teach chaburas of their own, including at other institutions and schools.

Yeshivas Chonen Daas offers scholarships for students signed up in the chaburas, as part of a Yissachar-Zevulun partnership. A student works towards semicha (as the Yissachar) with a partner who supports his learning by donating towards it (as the Zevulun). The student earns semicha, and the Zevulun partner receives a certificate recording his share in the Yissachar's learning and semicha.
